Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Heck yeah! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. We accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping is FREE for US orders, because we're cool like that.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original form of payment. 

How do I make an exchange?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return your item back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want instead. 


What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 90 days.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • If your item arrived damaged please reach out to us at info@livelocalish.com and include an image of the damaged item.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • E-gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Do you accept international returns?

If you’d like to make a return outside the US, you will be responsible for return shipping. Localish is unable to provide international return shipping labels. To start an international return, please email info@livelocalish.com.
